Ccbyrena offers a variety of graphic design services, including logo design, branding, web design, print design, and more. We work closely with our clients to create custom, high-quality designs that meet their unique needs and goals.

 Typically we'll give an estimate based on the common tasks required for your project. We will need more information about what you have in mind for your project/order.  Contact us with the required information and we'll reply with an estimate based on your final summarized request.

It is sometimes possible for us to complete rush orders, for an additional fee. Send us an email as soon as possible along with a filled order request form. Once your email is received we'll respond with an email to notify you if we have space in our schedule to complete a rush order and next steps.

​​We reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio, website, or for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise due to privacy concerns.

We offer two payment methods for your convenience:

1. Zelle: This is a direct bank transfer from your bank to ours. To use this method, simply send the payment to our business email address: ccbyrena@gmail.com.

2. Business Invoicing System: With our business invoicing system, you'll receive an estimate or invoice through email. You can pay the invoice directly through the invoice itself.

You are allowed to cancel your order at any time, but please keep in mind that the down payment/retainer fee is non-refundable. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Please note that once you have made a down payment or retainer fee, it cannot be returned.

All prices displayed on our website are denominated in American dollars (USD). If you are located outside of the United States and want to find out if we offer services in your area, please send us an email at ccbyrena@gmail.com. Additionally, if you would like to know how much the prices would convert to in your local currency, you can use Google's Currency Converter. Please bear in mind that the prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time.

After we provide the initial mockup/work, small revisions (up to 2 MAX for digital artwork) can be made. Please note that if we don't receive any communication from you regarding your project for a period of 30 days, it will be considered abandoned. In such a case, you will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you unless the project has been paid in full. We provide printing and shipping services for your convenience, and also have a pickup option available. The graphic designs produced by ccbyrena are tailored to the specific needs of your business, making them unique to you. Once the final payment has been made, the designs are considered your property. Please note that I reserve the right to use stock images where necessary. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for are the intellectual property of ccbyrena, and unauthorized use of such concepts is strictly prohibited. To ensure the protection and integrity of our company, your proof will be sent with a watermark covering the designs.
